  1. If you forgot your password, you can have it emailed to you by following the simple prompts on the log-in screen.

    1.     Go to log-in

    2.     Click on the Forgot your password link

    3.     Enter your User ID

    4.     An email containing a temporary password will be sent to the address on file

    5.   Log-in using your temporary password

    6.   To change your password to your preference, click on your name in the top right corner, next to the "log out" link.

    7.   Type your new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes, then click save. Remember, passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number

  2. If you forgot both your user ID and password email ashley@fipdx.com.

    We will locate your user ID by searching our database by your account number. In order to maintain your security, we don’t actually keep your password on file.

    We are able to reset your password to something generic, then you can go into the self-service account maintenance tool on our website and set your preferred password. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive, and must be at least 6 characters and contain at least 1 number and 1 letter.

  3. If you forgot your user ID, please email ashley@fipdx.com to locate your User ID by searching our database by your account number.

    1. Sign In to your account
    2. After you sign in, Click on your name located in the top right corner, next to the "log out" link
    3. Type your preferred password in to the "new password" and "confirm new password" boxes,then click the "save" button. Remember, passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number
  4. To check stock on moulding, please click on the Select Options, Select your cut type, and stock will appear.

  5. While FI strives to provide our customers with the highest quality materials, we know there will be times that product may need to be returned. All phone orders are read back to ensure accuracy.

    After the order is read back, we must assume it to be correct. Please inspect and measure your materials carefully before cutting or joining. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been altered in any way.

    If length moulding has defects do not cut it. Please return/exchange the full stick. Length moulding that has been altered in any way cannot be returned.

    Requests to return merchandise for credit must be submitted in within 10 business days.

    If we are not in error, returns for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee. Special order items will not be accepted for return.

    Any chop that is poorly cut or of different dimensions than shown on the invoice will be replaced. Chop orders are not returnable if FI is not at fault.

    When a credit is required, a credit memo will be issued. At that time, you become responsible for the deduction of the credit from any future billing. Please note the deduction when paying your bill. All returns must be authorized prior to exchange or pick up.

    Call customer service to have a return goods authorization (RGA) issued.

  8. Samples are available on most products. Email chris@fipdx.com with your sample request.

  9. In most instances, joined frames will need a minimum of three business days to be ready for pick up for delivery.

     

    Joined Frame Deadlines for FI Truck deliveries are as follows:

    Tuesday Delivery

    Orders to be submitted by Wednesday the prior week.

     

    Wednesday Delivery

    Orders to be submitted by Thursday the prior week.

     

    Thursday Delivery:

    Orders to be submitted by Friday the prior week.

     

    Friday Delivery:

    Orders to be submitted by Monday of the same week.

  10. Our Credit Department will be able to help you with any billing questions, provide copies of invoices, or work with you to resolve any billing discrepancies. Call 800-543-2467 and ask to speak with someone in the Credit Department, or email ar@fipdx.com.

  12. Please complete our credit application e-mail 3 trade references and your bank information to ap@fipdx.com.

    In order to efficiently process your application, please provide the information for your trade references in full, including complete mailing addresses and fax numbers, if available.

  13. FI offers cut acrylic in all types.

    Pricing is based per square foot.

    All cut acrylic has a +/- 1/16" tolerance. 

    Please visit the Cut Acrylic page to quote out your specified type.

    All acrylic over 48x96 will incur a handling fee to Idaho and Jackson, WY delivery routes.

    **FI no longer offers a full piece of acrylic with a cut fee attached. We have moved away from that structure. Options are to purchase the full master sheet, or order by the cut type item number. 

  14. The entire application process depends upon your credit standing and how fast your references reply. You are welcome to inquire about the status of your application at any time by calling 800-543-2467 x240 or emailing ar@fipdx.com

  15. All shipments may ship via the FI Delivery Truck if you are on a route, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, or common carrier.

    Same day will-call is generally available Monday-Thursday with a 4 hour lead time on most in-stock products.

    No orders will be filled or shipped on Friday.

  16. FI TRUCK DELIVERY ROUTES

    FI has delivery available in most areas of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Jackson, WY.

    Order deadlines are 12PM PST for all routes and most have next day delivery. Route availability will be discussed when you open your wholesale account. 

     

    SHIPPING DEADLINES FOR USPS AND PTM PACKAGES

    Orders placed Monday ship Wednesday.

    Orders placed Tuesday ship Thursday. 

    Orders placed Wednesday ship Monday. 

    Orders placed Thursday & Friday ship Tuesday. 

     

    WILL CALL PROCEDURE

    Turn-around time will be a minimum of 4 hours from when the order is placed.

    Order must be placed by 2pm for 8am will call next-day.

    Orders placed after 2pm will have a 12pm pick up, next day.

    •No same day Friday will-call orders. Orders placed on Friday or on the website over the weekend will be defaulted to a 12PM Monday pick-up unless specified otherwise.

  17. Delivery orders under $150 are subject to a $7 handling charge. 

    Will-call and shipped orders under $50 are subject to a $7 handling charge.
