The FI Team

Ashley has been with the FI team since 2007 after being in the retail side of framing since 2000.  

She is an introvert who has a passion for design, fine art, and picture framing.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys family time, reading with her Frenchie Iris, gardening either at home or in the community garden, attending concerts, and traveling.

Alan has been with the FI Team since 2020 and manages all day-to-day warehouse/fleet operations. 

Joyce has been with the FI team since 2008.

She has a wealth of product knowledge and industry experience. 

Janell joined FI in 1993 after framing needlework for about 5 years. 

In her time away from the FI office she enjoys needlework, baking, hiking, and working on her house/yard.

Lindsley joined the FI team in 2022 and has been involved in the picture framing industry in one way or another since 2005.

Also representing Team Introvert, her interests include, in no particular order, cooking, photography, picture books, natural history, and old cemeteries.

Renee joined FI in early 2025 after working in art supply stores. She’s very excited to learn all about framing supplies!

She enjoys drawing, reading, going to concerts, and wandering around PDX.

Bri joined the FI team at the end of 2021 and was rather new to the framing world.

Bri is happy to assist you in any Framemergencies you might have!

They enjoy their time at home with their partner and pets, reading books and watching anime all while staying up to date on the latest video games.

Sterling moved to Oregon from Nevada and joined the FI team in 2023.

He a multimedia portrait artist. He has a passion for fine art, literature, and the outdoors (as well as picture framing and design). Sterling also enjoys collecting vinyl records and Legos.”

Emerson joined Framers' Inventory in 2026 with a background in the arts, retail inventory, and customer service. 

They are a printmaker with a specialty in copperplate etching. When they're not in the print studio, Emerson also enjoys watching horror movies, sewing, and cooking. 

Trent was raised in Tucson, Arizona, moved to Portland in 2021, and joined the FI team in 2022.

Outside of work, Trent is passionate about film and you may run into him at Movie Madness or one of the many independent theatres in the Portland area. Besides film, Trent also enjoys photography, videography, and mixed media collage work.

Tim has been involved in the framing industry since 1998. 

He enjoys the many pleasures, joys, and excitement that this industry encompasses. He loves the people- those who he has helped and those who have been of assistance to him and says its been a communal affair. 

The whole framing experience- technical, social, and artistic design to the problem solving that ensues-- leaves Tim full and happy each day knowing that he's made something that helps others show off their treasures and memories.
