Please inspect and measure your materials carefully before cutting or joining. We can not accept returns on merchandise that has been altered in any way.
Request to return merchandise for credit must be reported to customer service within 10 business days.
If FI is not in error, returns for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee. Special order items will not be accepted for return.
Chops that are poorly cut, or cut to dimensions other than what is shown on the invoice will be replaced. If FI is not in error, chops will not be accepted for return or credit
All orders are read back to insure accuracy. After the order is read back, we must assume it to be correct.
All new accounts will be on a COD or credit card basis until a credit application has been approved. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Purchases charged to credit cards do not qualify for prompt payment discounts.
Open account terms are as indicated on invoice. Please indicate your account number as well as your invoice number(s) on your check to ensure proper credit to your account. Invoices for shipped items are attached to your package in an “Invoice Enclosed” plastic envelope. Invoices for FI truck deliveries will be provided by the driver.
Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month (18% annually) on the past due portion of the account. Interest is computed and applied on the last day of each month to all outstanding invoices over 30 days.
Accounts which are 60 days past due will be placed on accelerated COD terms. Accounts with a past due balance are not eligible for prompt payment discount on new orders.
All returned checks will incur a $30.00 NSF charge. Disallowed discounts and service charges may apply. NSF checks may result in placing the account on COD terms.
When a credit is required, a credit memo will be issued. At that time you become responsible for the deduction. Please note the deduction when paying your bill.
